CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do this later than the cancellation period, you may forfeit your deposit. This will be at Sheena Beauty & Aesthetic business discretion.

Cancellations can be done via the Ovatu Booking app or via email.

Please DO NOT text/ Whatsapp as these can be missed or not delivered.
